Qualifications: BCom (Acc) 

Certification: Xero Professional; Xero Payroll Specialist 

Whilst employed as a Finance Manager in a law firm, I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting major. A few years (and a couple of children) later, I joined my husband’s growing mechanical business as its bookkeeper. More than 15 years later, I decided it was time for a new challenge and took the leap into bookkeeping for my own clients and have thoroughly enjoyed the change. 

What do you like best about your job? I love combining my experience and passion for numbers with helping business owners make sense of their finances and taking some of the stress out of bookkeeping. 

Favourite Sportsperson: I don’t have a favourite sportsperson, I have a lot of admiration for athletes who use their profile to mentor young people, support their local communities and show that success is about more than what happens on the field.

What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?: Quality time with my loved ones 

Favourite Movie: Picking one is impossible – a suspense or thriller that keeps me guessing would be my favourite.
